Return Policy

•We have a 30 day return policy on all our items!
•Item must be in original condition with original packaging and accessories
•Buyer pays return shipping
•If there was a shipping error, please contact us for a return label


Unfortunately, transactions cannot be cancelled after payment has been made. Please read the entire description prior to making a purchase. 

Purchases are subject to cancellation at our discretion.

Items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.

We do not ship outside of the United States, or to freight forwarding companies.

Unfortunately, local pick-up is not available.

All items above $750 require a signature at delivery.

All packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact the buyer and do not receive a response within 3 business days of receiving the item, the transaction will be subject to cancellation and a restocking fee.

Please make sure the ship-to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to an incorrect address due to buyer error. 


UNWANTED ITEMS: We will never send something you did not order but if you believe we've made a mistake, please contact us and we will rectify the situation as warranted.

WARRANTIES: Our return window is thirty days of delivery as determined by the shipping service used, so do let us know within that time-frame if there's a problem.

EXCHANGES: All replacements are made on a case-by-case basis, but we will certainly honor our commitment to quality merchandise.
